Terms & Conditions

All clients must agree to these terms and conditions prior to use. These terms permit the client to use the meadow for exercising dog(s) under close supervision at all times.

  • Please note that your booking is for the time stated for the meadow and the rest of the grounds / farm are private.

  • Livestock including Horses may be visible in adjacent fields.

  • All dog mess must be picked up, we provide bags and a grey bin on site to ensure the meadow remains as clean as possible. The meadow is regularly checked.

  • Please do not allow your dog to dig. Any holes must be reported as they may be a hazard to other users.

  • Dogs must not be tethered to any structures or left unattended.

  • We request that your dog(s) are regularly vaccinated and wormed before use of the meadow. We also reserve the right to ask for documentary proof if necessary.

  • If your dog is displaying signs of ill health you must reschedule your session.

  • No dog grooming on site.

  • The client should be aware that the ground is uneven in places and caution should be taken. The wearing of sensible and appropriate footwear to suit the ground and conditions is advised. The client is using the meadow at their own risk and we accept no liability for injuries to dogs or owners whilst using the facility.

  • Dandelion dogs has full public liability insurance.

  • Only dogs known to each other may use the meadow together. We shall not be held responsible for any dog fights or injuries that occur within the meadow. 

  • Any children must be supervised at all times. Please do not climb on the gates or fences.

Important arrival and departure information

  • Our appointments are designed so that there is no/minimal contact between clients. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your session.

  • If you arrive and another client is still leaving/putting dog(s) into a car please show courtesy and safety by waiting in your car for them to leave.

  • It is of utmost importance as the client may need space to handle a reactive dog safely and calmly.

  • Please keep your dog(s) on lead until safely locked in the meadow and on lead before you exit.
